As soon as we can get it to you! You will receive a confirmation email from us on
receiving your order. International customers will be sent additional international
shipping options with prices at this time. When the print is ready to go you’ll receive
another email with approximate arrival time along with a tracking number.
Contact us immediately, and we’ll be in touch. Once we gather the information, we will
resend the print. Initial contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Since custom print orders are produced directly for each individual customer, and the
prints cannot be resold, refunds are not available. However, there may be exceptions
and any refund request will be addressed on an individual basis and determined
individually and fairly.
